Day Zero

The Challenge:
Complete 101 preset tasks in a period of 1001 days.

The Criteria:
Tasks must be specific (ie. no ambiguity in the wording) with a result that is either measurable or clearly defined. Tasks must also be realistic and stretching (ie. represent some amount of work on your part).

Items bolded and crossed-out have been completed; items italicized are in progress!

Items that are blue are knitting/fiber related.

Items that are green are writing related.

Items that are purple are cooking/food related.

  1. Write every day.  Every.  Day. Post it as a blog, even if it is password protected. (73/1001)

  100. Participate in some sort of seminar/conference-type deal that is knitting or writing related.  (suitable examples: Bread Loaf, Sock Summit, Writing the Unthinkable, etc.)
  101. Make a very specific plan for the future including but not limited to: conversion to off-the-grid, heating, finances, landscaping, the apartment building, logistics.  The plan will be in a binder, and have adequate references and research included in various appendices.
